Directions to and from Millbrae Station
Millbrae Station is the only direct connection between BART and Caltrain systems.

BART ticket machines and faregates are located in the elevated concourse and on the northbound Caltrain platform.
All trains depart on Platform 3 (one adjacent to Caltrain).
- From Millbrae to SFO Station
- Take any train to San Bruno Station (BART)
- Transfer to Antioch - SFO train on the opposite track to SFO Station
The connection can take anywhere between 1 to 14 minutes depending on time of day.
- Bicycle restrictions
- Bikes are not allowed on trains departing from this station between 7:03am and 8:33am on weekdays.

Due to multiple ownership of the spaces at Millbrae, there are different fees and policies between the parking on the east and the west side of the station. BART and Caltrain passengers can park on either side of the station.
