BART to bus transfer is a coupon BART riders can obtain for discounted fares on participating local transit agencies. The transfers are issued from automated machines inside the BART paid area for passengers exiting the station and transferring onto connecting buses.
A paper transfer is not necessary when transferring from BART to buses by using the Clipper (discount automatically applies). Currently Clipper is operational on BART and AC Transit.
