METRO RideStore is located at the transit center to provide pass sales, lost and found, and other customer service functions. The Transit Center is about 1 block away from the Greyhound depot on the other side of the freeway.

This station features two center platforms. Northbound platform is located north of St. Joseph Parkway and southbound platform is located south of St. Joseph Parkway.
