Ticket machines sell one way paper tickets and PRONTO cards, along with 1-day pass, multi-day, and other monthly passes for PRONTO cards. Machines are either located at the station entrance (especially if the platforms are underground or elevated) or on the platforms. At many stops, ticket machines are located on only one of the two platforms.
