SamTrans January 2019 Service Changes
Effective Jan. 20, 2019, SamTrans will adjust nine of its routes. The adjustments will allow SamTrans to improve its efficiency and provide more reliable service for customers.
All changes affect weekday schedules, unless otherwise noted. Consult new timetables or call 1-800-660-4287 (TTY 650-508-6448).
New timetables will soon be available on SamTrans buses and at city halls, libraries and at www.samtrans.com/schedules.
SamTrans reviews and adjusts its schedules three times a year - January, June, and August.
Summary of Changes

| 81 | The westbound 6:45 a.m. trip will operate Monday through Friday. Timepoint will be changed from Gilbert/Menalto to Willow Rd/Gilbert Ave in the afternoon and to Willow/Nash Ln from Gilbert/Menalto in the morning to improve scheduling efficiency. |
| 83 | The route begins at Bay/Christopher in the morning and ends at Marsh Road in the afternoon, instead of Bay/Menlo Oaks. |
| 87 | The westbound 12:15 p.m. school day only trip will be eliminated due to low ridership. |
| 110 | The northbound 3:20 p.m. school-day only trip will be eliminated due to low ridership. |
| 260 | The westbound 7:31 a.m. trip will depart at 7:36 a.m. All subsequent times will change. |
| 295 | Buses will depart Redwood City Transit Center 20 minutes after the hour. Buses will depart San Mateo Caltrain Station 40 minutes before the hour. The northbound 8:22 a.m. trip departing the San Carlos Caltrain Station will be eliminated. |
| 296 | Weekday trips will operate every 20 minutes. Adjustments will be made to the weekend trips. Southbound trips at 7:43 a.m. and 8:43 a.m. will end at Bayshore/Donohoe. |
| ECR | All trips will be adjusted to improve on time performance. |
| ECR Rapid | Eight new bus stops will be added between Redwood City and Daly City and schedules will be adjusted to improve efficiency and performance. |
| Route SFO | Sundays, the last bus departing SFO Airport Terminal 3 at 11:44 pm will return to Millbrae Transit Center (West Plaza) to drop off passengers. |
