August 2021 Change Day

We're adding, adjusting and expanding service across the region. Take a look at the changes going into effect August 8, 2021.

IMPROVED SERVICE

UTA On Demand

  • Southern Salt Lake County service hours extended to 4 am � 12:15 am on weekdays; new Saturday service from 6 am to 1:15 am
  • Service zone slightly expanded in South Jordan and Sandy
  • Salt Lake City late night service pilot ends September 4

FrontRunner

  • Service extended by 1 hour on weekday evenings and 2 hours on Saturday evenings
  • 5:38 am weekday trip from Ogden extended to Provo Central
  • New 3:16 pm weekday trip from Provo Central to Ogden

TRAX Blue Line

  • 15-minute service returns on weekday evenings

TRAX Green Line

  • 15-minute service returns on weekday evenings

TRAX Red Line

  • 15-minute service returns on weekday evenings
  • Schedule adjusted for reliability

S-Line

  • 15-minute service returns on weekday evenings

UVX

  • Service extended to past midnight
  • Schedule adjusted to better align with FrontRunner

F514

  • Route extended to IKEA Way and 13490 S via Lone Peak Pkwy
  • Frequency improved to every 30 minutes on weekdays
  • Service to SLCC-Miller Campus discontinued and replaced with route F202

F556

  • Route extended to 5600 W + 7800 S
  • Service to Copper City Dr discontinued; use routes 54 or 62

F578

  • Route extended to 7800 S + 5600 W
  • Service to Jordan Landing Blvd and Plaza Center Dr discontinued; route will remain on 7800 S
  • Service to Bingham Junction Station discontinued; use Red Line connection at Historic Gardner Station

  • New weekday service running between 6th Ave + F St and University Hospital
