Jump operates dockless electric-assisted bike share and powered scooter share (selected markets) in various cities. To access the shared bike or scooter, users need to download the app through their smart phone. Payment is also done through the app.
As a dockless system, users can park their bike or scooter anywhere that doesn't impede traffic or pedestrian access. Bikes are tracked by the system with onboard GPS.
