Select Bus and Rail Schedules Changing August 12

Schedule changes to many UTA bus and rail lines are coming on Sunday, August 12, 2018. The new Utah Valley Express bus rapid transit system will also open on Monday, Aug. 13. Read on for change day details, and please contact us on Twitter, Facebook or by phone at 801-RIDE-UTA (743-3882) with questions or concerns.
Where can see if my route is changing?
Check our change day brochure or see our change day details page. New schedules can also be found on individual route pages. Change day information will be listed in the upper right hand corner of each route page.
When will changes take place?
Changes will be implemented on Sunday, Aug. 12, 2018.
How do I get help figuring out the new schedules or planning a trip?
Contact us on Twitter or Facebook or call customer service at 801-RIDE-UTA (743-3882). We’re happy to explain our new schedules and help you plan your trip. Our trip planner will reflect new schedules for all trips planned after Aug. 12.
FrontRunner Changes
Service to Pleasant View Station will be discontinued and replaced with route 616 service. A northbound trip that leaves Provo Station at 3:47 p.m. has been added to the schedule. See the new FrontRunner schedule here.
TRAX/S-Line Changes
Minor changes will be made to all three TRAX lines to improve reliability. See new TRAX schedules here.
Weber, Davis and Box Elder County Changes
Route 470 will be extended. Routes 473, 612, 625, 630, 640 and 667 will see schedule changes to improve reliability. See new bus schedules here.
Salt Lake County Changes
Service on routes 33 and 35 will be extended, providing riders with evening service at more bus stops along the 3300 South/3500 South corridor. Because later service will be provided by routes 33 and 35, service on route 35M will end earlier. Routes 21, 47, 72, 200, 201, 209, 213, 217, 240, 313, 354, 516, 519, 525, 526 and 551 will change to improve reliability and connections. Route 41 will be shortened and route 39 will be lengthened to encompass part of route 41. Routes 307 and 320 will be lengthened and route 509 will be lengthened with more service added. Utah County Changes
The Utah Valley Express will begin operation on August 12. This bus rapid transit system will serve some stops as often as every six minutes during peak times. As a result of the UVX opening, several Utah County routes will be discontinued. Routes 830, 838 and 840 will be discontinued and replaced with UVX. Routes 821, 831 and 834 will see minor schedule changes and new trips added. Routes 811, 850 and 862 will now serve the University Place UVX Station instead of the Timpanogos Transit Center. Flex Routes
Routes F94, F504, F518, F522, F546 and F547 will see minor adjustments for better TRAX connections. See new flex route schedules here.
