Golden Gate Transit fares are determined by the number of zones traveled. Golden Gate Transit offers one way fares, discount ticket books and discounted Clipper fares. Golden Gate Transit does not offer unlimited use passes.

One way cash fares

When boarding the bus, tell your final destination to the driver and put the total fare into the farebox. If you need to transfer as a part of your trip, a paper transfer will be given for your connection.
