While the 'L' and Metra stations are co-located, the station entrances are not aligned for easy transfer so it is not considered at a transfer point given the availability to do so at the Davis St. Evanston Station further north.

The 'L' side of the station is simply named Main. The CTA station is not wheelchair accessible.

CTA ticket machines are available at the station house on Chicago Ave, which sell reloadable Ventra card, single-ride, or 1 day ticket. All riders must pass through the turnstile with a valid Ventra card, ticket, contactless bank card, or mobile device with Apple/Samsung/Android Pay.
