BART

BART (East Bay and San Francisco) serves this airport with a station located across the main roadway from the terminals. Automated trains from this station goes to Coliseum Station where riders can transfer to other lines to the rest of the system.

This line charges a premium fare of $6 each way in addition to fares to and from Coliseum Station. Alternatively, AC Transit 73 also connects the airport and the Coliseum station. It is cheaper than taking BART to and from the airport stop, but there are few signs directing you to the stop.

Amtrak

Amtrak Capitol Corridor (San Jose and Sacramento) trains stop at Coliseum Station, which is about two miles from the airport. To get between the airport and the Amtrak station, there are two ways:

Bus - AC Transit

Fruitvale & MacArthur - Oakland Airport via Fruitvale, South Shore Center, Bay Farm Island
Eastmont Transit Center - Oakland Airport via 73rd, Coliseum BART, Hegenberger
All-Nighter: Downtown Oakland - Oakland International Airport
