The Richmond - San Rafael Bridge is the only road link directly between Marin County and the East Bay.

The current base toll is $6, charged in the westbound direction. Carpool vehicles with 3 or more persons can cross the bridge for $3 on weekdays between 5am - 10am and 3pm - 6pm. FasTrak is accepted for payment. As of March 21, 2020, drivers who don't have FasTrak transponder should drive through the toll gate as toll takers are no longer stationed due to concerns of COVID-19.
