This station is located in SFO's international terminal Gate G. The station is generally within walking distance to the International Terminal and Terminal 3 (United Airlines). To Terminal 1 and 2, take the free AirTrain located above the BART platform. When taking AirTrain to this station from other locations, get off at Garage G/BART Station.
BART
NoticeDue to a substantial ridership decline caused by COVID-19 national emergency and stay-at-home orders, all BART lines start their last train of the day at around 9pm. SFO is offering emergency shuttle service to serve late night airport workers and travelers with limited pick up and drop off at at selected BART stations.
At this station, Antioch - SFO line provides direct service to San Francisco and Oakland, with connections to other lines serving the rest of the system. Millbrae Station is served by Millbrae - SFO line. On weekdays, trains at Millbrae switch direction and continue to Richmond as Richmond - Millbrae line.
Selected weekday and all weekend line trains from Millbrae switch direction and continue to SF as line trains, and vice versa. At those times passengers to/from Millbrae remain onboard.
Ticket machines for BART are located at the entrance from international terminal and at the AirTrain (SFO) Garage G/BART Station platform. This station features 3 stub end tracks. See overhead electronic sign for boarding location.
First time riders must purchase a reusable Clipper card from a BART vending machine before boarding. All riders must pass through the faregates with a valid BART ticket or Clipper card. Keep the ticket or card for the ride and use it to pass through the faregates again when exiting the station. Sale of paper BART tickets have been discontinued at this station but they are still accepted at fare gates. Clipper cards are accepted on nearly all Bay Area transit systems.
