20 Burnside/Stark
A Frequent Service upgrade
This new Frequent Service line provides an important East-West connection to the Portland region. Buses will now run every 15 minutes or less most of the day, every day.
76 Hall/Greenburg
Spend less time waiting
Taking the bus between Beaverton and Tualatin? Line 76 will be upgraded to a Frequent Service schedule, with buses every 15 minutes or less most of the day, every day.
The line has also been given a name change from 76-Beaverton/Tualatin to 76-Hall/Greenburg.
78 Denney/Kerr Parkway, 42 Denney/Hall
Line 42-Denney/Hall will be replaced by Line 78
Line 78 will take over Line 42's route and the 42 will be retired. South of Tigard Transit Center, Line 78 will stay on its current route to Lake Oswego.
This change will bring earlier and later buses and weekend service to the current route of Line 42.
MAX Station Closures
Speeding up MAX
We're closing three MAX Blue and Red line stations in order to speed up travel through Downtown Portland:
- Kings Hill/SW Salmon
- Mall/SW 4th Ave
- Mall/SW 5th Ave
The Mall stations are being closed permanently while the Kings Hill closure is a one-year pilot.
Beaverton Transit Center
Reorganized bus stops
We're focusing boardings at two shared stops.
Look for improved signage and real-time arrival information.

Buses will stay on N Lombard in both directions and no longer make the one-way loop on N Syracuse to speed up trips.
10 Harold St
Schedules are being adjusted throughout the day, with some buses leaving earlier.
11 Rivergate/Marine Dr
Routes are being adjusted due to construction.
14 Hawthorne
More buses added to help ease crowding.
15 Belmont/NW 23rd
More buses added to help ease crowding.
17 Holgate/Broadway
Buses will stay on the Portland Transit Mall to avoid congestion on NW Broadway and improve transfers.
31 Webster Rd

33 McLoughlin/King Rd
Check for adjusted schedules to make transfers easier, shorten wait times and keep buses on time.
35 Macadam/Greeley
Schedules are being adjusted weekdays, with some buses leaving earlier and later. More frequent morning and midday service will be added.
44 Capitol Hwy/Mocks Crest
We’re adding later evening service.
47 Main/Evergreen
Departures from Hillsboro Transit Center will be one to two minutes earlier than the current schedule.
62 Murray Blvd
Schedules are being adjusted throughout the day, with some buses leaving earlier.
70 12th/NE 33rd Ave
Buses will stay on NE 11th in both directions and no longer make the one-way loop on NE 9th to speed up trips.
75 Cesar Chavez/Lombard
Weekday schedules are being adjusted, with added buses to help ease crowding. Some buses leaving earlier and later.
79 Clackamas/Oregon City

81 Kane/257th
Schedules are being adjusted throughout the day with some buses leaving earlier and later.
87 Airport Way/181st
