WHAT'S NEW - EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 24, 2017

Route 1 6th Ave-Pacific Ave On Weekdays, running times are improved on northbound and southbound trips: new northbound trip added from SR 7 & 8th Ave at 4:04am and a new trip from TCC to downtown at 4:18am. On Saturdays, adjusted one morning departure time from SR7 and one from TCC and improved running times. New trip added from TCC at 10:30pm. On Sundays, times are adjusted in both directions; two new northbound and four new southbound trips are added.

Route 2 S 19th St-Bridgeport On Sundays, two new trips are added from Lakewood Transit Center at 6:15am and 8:15pm; three afternoon trips from 10th & Commerce are adjusted.

Route 3 Lakewood–Tacoma On Weekdays, running times are improved in both directions with adjusted departure times from Commerce St. New trip added from Lakewood Transit Center at 5:15am. On Saturdays, running times are improved in both directions with adjusted departure times from Commerce Street and one new trip from Lakewood TC is added at 6:45am. Sundays: two new trips are added from Lakewood TC at 7:20am and 9:30pm. New trip added from 10th & Commerce at 8:20am.

Route 4 Lakewood–South Hill On Weekdays, running times are improved in both directions: new trip added from Lakewood TC at 5:45am and a new trip from South Hill Mall TC at 5:45am. Saturdays: new trip added from Lakewood TC at 7:45am and one new trip added from South Hill Mall TC at 8:45am. Sundays: One new trip added from Lakewood TC at 5:15pm and one new trip from South Hill Mall TC at 6:15pm.

Route 16 North End On Weekdays, a new trip is added from 10th & Commerce at 5:32pm. Saturdays: Departure times from 10th & Commerce are adjusted. Sundays: running times and departure times are adjusted in both directions. Two new trips from 10th & Commerce are added at 8:30am and 5:32pm; and two new trips from TCC are added at 9:15am and 6:15pm.

Route 41 S 56th St–Salishan On Weekdays, running times are improved in both directions; departure times are adjusted from 10th & Commerce. One new trip is added from Tacoma Mall TC at 5:15am. On Saturdays, a new trip is added from Tacoma Mall TC at 8:15pm. Sundays: running times and departure times are improved in both directions. A new trip is added from Tacoma Mall TC at 6:15pm, and one new trip from 10th & Commerce is added at 6:20pm.

Route 42 McKinley Ave On Saturdays, one trip is added from 10th & Commerce at 8:05am. New detour! Route 42 is on a long term detour due to the rebuilding of the McKinley Way overpass. This adjusted detour removes the Route 42 from the heavy rail and light rail crossings on D Street and has it travelling on Pacific Avenue with transit friendly traffic lights while fostering Sounder connections for customers riding Route 42.

Route 48 Sheridan-M St On Saturdays, departure times from 10th & Commerce are adjusted. Sundays: Two new trips from Lakewood TC are added at 7:55am and 6:50pm; two new trips from 10th & Commerce are added at 7:43am and 6:34pm.

Route 52 Fircrest-TCC On Saturdays, one new trip is added from Tacoma Mall TC at 8:15am. On Sundays, one new trip is added from Tacoma Mall TC at 6:15pm.

Route 53 University Place On Weekdays, running times are improved in both directions. One new trip is added from Tacoma Community College TC at 5:45am. On Saturdays: running times and departure times are improved in both directions. One new trip is added from Tacoma Mall TC at 8:45am. On Sundays: departure times are improved in both directions. One new trip is added from Tacoma Mall TC at 5:20pm.

Route 54 S 38th St–Portland Ave Weekdays: added one new trip from Tacoma Mall TC at 6:15am and one new trip from 72nd St TC at 5:45am. On Sundays, added one new trip from Tacoma Mall TC at 6:15pm.

Route 55 Tacoma Mall Saturdays and Sundays: Adjusted departure times.

Route 57 Union–S 19th St–Hilltop Weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays: Running times and departure times are improved in both directions. Saturdays: Departure times are adjusted from 10th & Commerce. One new trip is added from Tacoma Mall TC at 8:15am. Sundays: one new trip is added from Tacoma Mall TC at 6:15pm.

Route 63 NE Tacoma Express Departure times from 10th & Commerce are adjusted.

Route 102 Gig Harbor-Tacoma Express Weekdays: Running times are improved in both directions. From Purdy P&R, the 5:16am trip is changed to 5:07am.

Route 202 S 72nd St Saturdays: One new trip is added from 72nd St TC at 9:30pm. Sundays: One new trip is added from Lakewood TC at 7:15am.

Route 206 Pacific Hwy/Tillicum/Madigan Weekdays, one new trip is added from Berkeley & Union at 5:01am and one new trip is added from Lakewood TC at 5:45am. Saturdays: one new trip is added from Madigan at 7:24am and two new trips are added from Lakewood TC at 5:20pm and 7:50pm. Sundays: one new trip is added from Berkeley & Union at 8:27am.

Route 212 Steilacoom Saturdays: To Lakewood, the 3:42pm departure from Farwest Dr & Steilacoom Blvd is adjusted to 3:37pm.

Route 214 Washington Weekdays: One new trip from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom is added at 5:30am and one new trip from Lakewood TC at 5:45pm.

Route 400 Puyallup–Downtown Tacoma Weekdays: Running and departure times are improved in both directions.

Route 402 Meridian Saturdays: Added two new trips from 171st & Meridian at 7:10am and 6:10pm. Two new trips added from Federal Way TC at 7:15am and 7:15pm. Sundays: Added one new trip from 171st & Meridian at 5:10pm and one new trip and one new trip from Federal Way at 5:15pm.

Route 409 Puyallup-S 72nd St Saturdays and Sundays: Running and departure times are improved in both directions for better connections at 72nd St TC.

Route 497 Lakeland Hills Express Trips have been adjusted to make connections with the Sounder Train service.

Route 500 Federal Way On Weekdays, running times and departure times are improved in both directions. Saturdays: running times and departure times are improved in both directions; two new trips are added from 10th & Commerce at 6:55am, and 9:55pm. One new trip is added from Federal Way TC at 6:55am. Sundays: two new trips are added from Federal Way TC at 6:55am and 9:55pm. One new trip is added from 10th & Commerce at 6:55am.
