✔️ Three new bus lines ✔️ More weekend service ✔️ Quicker trips

We’re adding, adjusting and expanding bus service in Beaverton, Tigard, East Portland, Gresham and Milwaukie. Take a look at the changes going into effect March 4 and March 5:

Line 42-Denney/Hall

Skip 217

This new bus line makes traveling through a congested corridor a little easier. The route serves communities between Tigard, Washington Square and Beaverton Transit Center via SW Lombard, Denney, Scholls Ferry and Hall.

Weekday service begins March 5, with buses running every 30–45 minutes between 6:15 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Line 74-162nd Avenue

East Portland’s new connection

East Portland and Gresham’s new north–south line takes you anywhere on 162nd Avenue — and connnects you to everything beyond. This route runs along 162nd between Airport Way and Powell Boulevard, and along Powell between 162nd and 182nd.

Weekday service begins March 5, with buses running about every 30 minutes between 7 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Line 81-Kane/257th

Better service to work and school

Starting March 5, this route switches to Division Street in Gresham for more direct service to Mt. Hood Community College, and to Swigert Way in Troutdale for service to the Troutdale Reynolds Industrial Park (where FedEx and Amazon are located).

Parts of the former route south of Gresham TC are covered by the new Line 82-South Gresham. Buses run about every hour between 6:15 a.m. and 6:45 p.m., weekdays only.

Welcome to South Gresham!

This new bus line runs between Powell and Kane, and includes former portions of lines 81 and 87.

Weekday service begins March 5, with buses running every 45 minutes between 6 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.

Line 87-Airport Way/181st

New weekend service

Weekend service has been added to this line, which runs between Gateway Transit Center and Powell Boulevard starting March 4.

The former route between Powell and Gresham Transit Center is covered by the new Line 82-South Gresham.

Buses run about every 30 minutes between 5 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. on weekdays, and every 35 minutes between 6:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. on weekends.

Line 152-Milwaukie

Quicker trips in Milwaukie

Starting March 5, this route switches to SE Harmony Road, and service along Kellogg Creek Road and the Milwaukie Marketplace will be removed for a faster trip.

Buses will run more frequently than before, about every 30 to 40 minutes, with service starting at 6:30 a.m. and ending at 6:30 p.m.
