With these October service changes being the last set of changes planned for 2022, we look forward to kicking off 2023 with changes in January that get us even closer to full pre-pandemic service levels. The Board of Directors adopted the 2023 Transit Service Plan at its meeting on October 6, 2022, which gives VTA the green light to phase into this plan throughout 2023.

Planned changes in January include restoring weekday early morning and/or late night hours of operation on some routes, and weekend frequencies and hours of operation on other routes.
