Routes 1A and 1B operate between Oxnard Transit Center and the Port Hueneme area, traveling along C Street to Centerpoint Mall and along Saviers Road to Bard Road. At Bard Road, Route 1A runs in a clockwise loop in Port Hueneme, while Route 1B runs counter-clockwise on the same streets. Trips for 1A and 1B alternate throughout the day.
