Route 20 is an intercity service connecting Smith River, just south of the Oregon border, with Crescent City, Arcata, and Eureka. This route is a part of regional connected services with North State Express and Mendocino Transit Authority Route 65 through the North Coast between Crescent City and Santa Rosa. It also connects with Amtrak Thruway in Arcata, and Curry Public Transit in Smith River for service to the Oregon Coast. Besides scheduled stops. Flag stops are permitted at safe locations along the route.
