A TAP-enabled ticket/transfer is issued by transit agencies that offer transfers to Los Angeles Metro Rail. Metro Rail requires all passengers to have a TAP card or a ticket/transfer that can be read by TAP validators or fare gates. Such tickets/transfers have a TAP antenna embedded in the ticket.

Participating agencies include Metrolink and Santa Monica Big Blue Bus.
