About the route

TEXRail is a commuter rail line between Fort Worth and DFW, following the historic Cotton Belt Railroad right of way. It uses modern diesel multiple unit (DMU) trains. Connection to DART Rail is available at DFW. TEXRail operates every 30 minutes during the day and hourly at night 7 days a week. Tickets can be purchased from ticket machines at stations. Level boarding access is available at all TEXRail stops. TEXRail trains have designated bike areas onboard.
