Round-trip fares are double the one way fares.
Fare is distance-based with a base fare of $2.50 for travel to one station plus $0.60 for each additional station. The maximum fare from Provo to Ogden is $9.70 one way. Passengers traveling through the Vineyard and North Temple stations will not be charged for an additional station.

FAREPAY
FAREPAY is a reloadable fare payment card for UTA.
For adults, new cards can be ordered online, or purchase at select retailers or UTA Customer Service Center.
Seniors, disabled, youth, and low income riders may be eligible for reduced fare FAREPAY cards. To obtain one, fill out an application directly with UTA.
Values for cards can also reloaded online, at select retailers or UTA Customer Service Center.
To ride the bus, simply tap the card at FAREPAY reader near the farebox. To ride TRAX or FrontRunner, tap the card at reader located at the station before boarding the train and again after exiting. No need to tap when transferring between TRAX lines.
Fare cap is in place for FAREPAY users with daily and weekly maximum.
