East County Route is a regional service operating between Simi Valley, Moorpark, and Thousand Oaks via SR-118 and SR-23. All trips run between Simi Town Center and Oaks Mall, with select trips extending east to Cochran St/Galena Ave in Simi Valley and west to Newbury Park.
