Regional Transit Authority of Southeast Michigan (RTA) is a regional coordinating agency established by the state for transit providers in the Detroit metropolitan area, which include the Detroit Department of Transportation buses, Detroit People Mover, QLINE streetcar, Suburban Detroit SMART buses, and Ann Arbor's TheRide.

The purpose of establishing the regional authority is the address the historic transit divide along urban-suburban and racial lines.
