Parking
Due to multiple ownership of the spaces at Colma, there are different fees and policies between the parking in the garage and the surface lot west of the station.
Parking garage
Weekdays Before 10am
Spaces on the 1st (partial), 2nd (full) and 3rd (partial) level of the parking garage are reserved for BART monthly reserved parking permit and BART long term airport parking permit holders.
Spaces on 3rd and 4th level are open to everyone for a $1 daily parking fee.
Most spaces on the 1st level require a BART carpool permit as well as a daily fee of $1.
Visit BART's web site to purchase reserved permits online.
To pay the daily parking fee, remember your space number, enter through the faregates into the paid area and pay at a BART add fare machine.
Weekday 10am to 3pm
All spaces are open to everyone for a daily fee of $1.

Surface lot west of the station
Parking requires a $1 daily fee. To pay for parking, remember your space number, and go to the pay station located in front of the pedestrian overpass leading to the station.
