Gary Public Transit Corporation (GPTC) provides local bus service for Gary and regional connection to other cities in northwest Indiana, including Hammond, Hobart, Highland, Griffith, and Munster. Service is available Monday through Saturday. Connection is available to Pace and South Shore Line.
