Use signalized crossings at Karina Court to enter and exit the platforms. There's no direct path between the two platforms.
When a train arrives, look at the headsign or listen to station announcement for train destination.
Passengers traveling south to Downtown San Jose and north to Tasman Station can take trains on either line.
