Kayak Transit provides rural transit in and around the Umatilla Indian Reservation, including cities of Pendleton. It is operated by Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (formerly named CTUIR Public Transit). Regional service connects with other cities in northeast Oregon and southeast Washington such as La Grande, Walla Walla, Kennewick, and Pasco.
