Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) provides rural transit in and around the Umatilla Indian Reservation, including cities of Pendleton. Regional service connects with other cities such as La Grande, Walla Walla, Kennewick, and Pasco.
Services on all routes are free.
