Primary bus routes
Under MST's current zone-based fare structure, these routes lie entirely within one zone for a fare of $2.50 ($1.25 discount). Under MST's proposed new fare structure (to take effect March 5, 2011), these routes would carry only a $2 fare ($1 discount).
Regional bus routes
Under MST's current zone-based fare structure, these routes cover two zones, with a fare of $2.50 per zone travelled ($1.25 discount). Under MST's proposed new fare structure (to take effect March 5, 2011), these routes would carry a flat $3 fare ($1.50 discount).
Commuter bus routes
Under MST's current zone-based fare structure, these routes cover three or four zones, with a fare of $2.50 per zone travelled ($1.25 discount). Under MST's proposed new fare structure (to take effect March 5, 2011), these routes would carry a flat $10 fare ($5 discount).
Local bus routes
Under MST's current zone-based fare structure, these shorter routes lie entirely within one zone for a fare of $2.50 ($1.25 discount). Under MST's proposed new fare structure (to take effect March 5, 2011), these routes would carry only a $1 fare ($0.50 discount).
Trolley bus routes
These routes are free, seasonal shuttles using old-style "trolley" buses. Bikes are not allowed aboard these buses.
