Marin Commute Club is a weekday commuter bus service sponsored by UCSF as an alternative to Golden Gate Transit. The club provides three routes from Marin County to UCSF Parnassus Campus and (limited service) Mission Bay Campus:

- Schedules
- Monthly and one way fares
- Non-UCSF riders pay an additional 25% for administrative costs.
