For southbound trains to San Jose/Gilroy, board trains on the platform near Merrill St and the historic station building.

Parking requires a $2 daily fee or a Caltrain monthly parking permit. Pay the daily parking fee at a Caltrain parking permit machine and place the day permit on top of the dashboard.
Free on street parking is available on Alma Street by the northbound platform.
