Minnesota Valley Transit Authority (MVTA) operates local and express bus service in the southern suburbs of the Minneapolis region, covering cities such as Burnsville, Minnesota, Apple Valley, Minnesota, Lakeville, Minnesota, Rosemount, Shakopee, Savage, Minnesota, and Prior Lake.
MVTA connects with Metro Transit bus and rail lines primarily in Downtown Minneapolis and Mall of America.
