Niles is a historic neighborhood famous for producing silent movies in the early 20th Century.
Niles is also the terminal for Niles Canyon Railway, which runs on selected Sundays. Pacific Bus Museum provides a short shuttle connection between the train (on Mission Blvd) and the town.
