STAR Transit provides demand response and fixed route service in Kaufman and Rockwall counties as well as cities of Mesquite and Balch Springs. Selected routes connect to DART Rail.

Fares
Fixed route fare is $1 each way and free for seniors (age 60 or over), veterans, and disabled riders.
Dial-a-ride fares start at $2 and $1 (reduced fare) and increase depending on distance traveled.
STARNow fare is $3 and $1.50 (reduced fare).
