Ticket machines are available at every Sacramento RT Light Rail station. They may be located on the platforms on the sidewalk.
Ticket machines sell:
- One way ticket (valid for 2 hours throughout the system)
- Daily pass (local buses and light rail)
Ticket machines accept:
- Cash (change provided)
Ticket machines also validate prepaid one way and daily passes. Just insert the prepaid ticket onto the validator slot below the screen.
Passengers must have a valid ticket or pass when riding the light rail.
