Bus and car pick up/drop off zone is on south side of Guerneville Road past the SMART tracks. The only entrance to SMART platform is from Guerneville Road.

This station is served by Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit between north Santa Rosa and Larkspur.

Riders can pay fare with a Clipper card, smart phone with (Clipper enabled) Apple Pay/Google Pay, or with SMART eTicket app. New reusable Clipper cards can be purchased from a vending machine on platform. Riders using Clipper card or app need to tag card at a reader on platform before boarding and after disembarking.
