31-day passes allow unlimited travel on buses for 31 consecutive days from the first day of use.

The driver can issue a free transfer to connect with another WestCAT route. The transfer is valid for one hour. The transfer is not good for return travel on the same or other routes.
WestCAT accepts East Bay Value Pass.
