This station is served by the 
Green Line. The station entrance is located on the southwest corner of Lake Street and Damen Ave.
CTA ticket machines are available on the ground level entrance, which sell reloadable Ventra card, single-ride, or 1 day ticket. All riders must pass through the turnstile with a valid Ventra card, ticket, contactless bank card, or mobile device with Apple/Samsung/Android Pay.
This elevated station features side platforms.
Main stairs and escalator from the headhouse lead to the southbound (to loop) platform. A bridge over the tracks connect both platforms. An elevator from the station headhouse serves the southbound platform and pedestrian bridge. Another elevator connect the bridge to the northbound platform.
