The station entrances are located at the intersection of Grand Ave and State Street. CTA ticket machines are available at the underground station mezzanine, selling reloadable Ventra card, single-ride, or 1 day ticket. All riders must pass through the turnstile with a valid Ventra card, ticket, contactless bank card, or mobile device with Apple/Samsung/Android Pay.
