Harlem/Lake Station
Points of interest
CTA 'L'
This station is the western terminus for the
Green Line. The station has two entrances: One on the west side of Harlem Ave and other on the east side of the station on South Blvd, west of Marion St. Only the east entrance has an elevator to the platform.
CTA ticket machines are available at the station houses, one located at Harlem Ave and another (accessible) near Marion St. The machines sell reloadable Ventra card, single-ride, or 1 day ticket. All riders must pass through the turnstile with a valid Ventra card, ticket, contactless bank card, or mobile device with Apple/Samsung/Android Pay.
The station house at Marion has ramps to the Metra train platforms (apparently also named Oak Park, the same as another Green Line station to the east). This elevated station features a center platform. Trains to the east may depart on any track.
