Tulare County Regional Transit Agency
Tulare County Regional Transit Agency (TCRTA) provides local and regional bus service in Tulare County except within the cities of Visalia and Porterville. It is a merger of Dinuba Area Regional Transit, Tulare InterModal Express, and Tulare County Area Transit.
