Tulare County Regional Transit Agency (TCRTA) provides local and regional transit service in Tulare County except within the cities of Visalia and Porterville. It is a merger of Dinuba Area Regional Transit, Tulare InterModal Express, and Tulare County Area Transit. It operates fixed route buses and microtransit.
