Ticket machines for BART are located in the underground station concourse.
Boarding trains
This station has two track levels. The upper level has center platforms. The lower level has one platform.
Platform 1 (upper level): to Richmond.
Platform 3 (upper level): to Pittsburg/Bay Point.
Platform 2 (lower level): to Daly City/Millbrae, to SFO, to Fremont.
Bus
When transferring from BART, you can get a free BART to bus transfer before leaving the paid area. The transfer provides discounted one way fares on AC Transit.
