Due to multiple ownership of the spaces at Colma, there are different fees and policies between the parking in the garage and the surface lot west of the station.
Parking garage
Weekdays Before 10am
Spaces on the 1st (partial), 2nd (full) and 3rd (partial) level of the parking garage requires:
Most spaces on the 1st level require BART carpool permits along with a daily fee of $1.
Spaces on 3rd and 4th level are open to everyone for a $1 daily parking fee.
Visit BART's web site to purchase reserved permits online.
To pay the daily parking fee, remember your space number, enter through the faregates into the paid area and pay at an add fare machine.
Weekday 10am to 3pm

Surface lot west of the station
Parking requires a $1 daily fee. To pay for parking, remember your space number, and go to the pay station located in front of the pedestrian overpass leading to the station.
