Eastern Sierra Transit provides local and regional bus service in Inyo County and Mono County, serving cities along the US 395 corridor. It operates two inter-regional CREST routes connecting with Amtrak and Greyhound on the north end in Reno and Metrolink on the south end in Lancaster.
