New FasTrak accounts must be opened during the Promotion Period (begins May 1, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. PST and ends on June 6, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. PST). Retail toll tags must be registered online during the Promotion Period. Customers who enroll by phone, mail, fax, or walk-in are not eligible to win. Upon enrollment, online customers must select “PROMOTION” to the question, “How did you hear about FasTrak?” Only new accounts marked with the “PROMOTION” code will be qualified to win.
