This station features side platforms. Walk across the tracks at either end of the station to get from one platform to another.
- Northbound platform: to San Francisco

Parking
This station has four separate parking areas:
- Southeast corner of El Camino and Hillsdale, accessible from El Camino (northbound direction)
- Northeast corner of El Camino and Hillsdale (station building), accessible from El Camino (northbound direction)
- Behind TGIF restaurant and Ana Furniture by the train tracks. Commuter parking only at spots with stall number. The lot is accessible from El Camino & 31st Ave.
- Bay Meadows on the east side of the train tracks, accessible from Pacific Blvd north of Hillsdale.
Disabled parking is available on all lots except the first lot listed above.
Parking requires a $2 daily fee or a Caltrain monthly parking permit. To pay the daily fee, remember the stall number and go to a Caltrain parking pay station located in the parking lot near the entryway to the platforms.

Bike racks and lockers are available at this station. Call City of San Mateo at 650-522-7336 to sign up for lockers.
