Caltrain ticket machines and a 10-ride ticket validator are located on each platform.
This station features side platforms. Walk across the tracks at either end of the station to get from one platform to another.
- Northbound platform: to San Francisco
- Southbound platform: to San Jose/Gilroy

Lines 295 and 296 stop on Merrill Street or Santa Cruz Ave. All others stop on El Camino.
On El Camino, southbound buses stop by Oak Grove Ave and northbound buses stop by Ravenswood.

$2 daily parking
Parking is available by the southbound platform. The parking by the southbound platform is accessible from Merrill Street.
Parking requires a $2 daily fee or a Caltrain monthly parking permit. Beginning Nov. 17, 2008, remember the stall number and pay the fee at a Caltrain ticket machine on the platforms.
Free on street parking is available on Alma Street by the northbound platform.
