CTA ticket machines are available at the station house by the inbound platform (north side of the street), which sell reloadable Ventra card, single-ride, or 1 day ticket. All riders must pass through the turnstile with a valid Ventra card, ticket, contactless bank card, or mobile device with Apple/Samsung/Android Pay.

This station features side platforms. The outbound platform is exit only. It is not possible to board trains at this station directly to Cottage Grove. Both platforms have elevators connecting to the street.
