The Washington Blue Line station is located under Dearborn Street by Washington Street. Red Line trains stop a block east at Lake Station under State Street. There's an underground pedestrian connection between the station mezzanines through the Block 37 shopping mall. There's no charge for transferring riders using Ventra.

CTA 'L'

The station entrances are located along Dearborn Street between Randolph and Madison streets. It has two mezzanines, one between Randolph-Washington and another between Washington-Madison. There's no elevator access at this station. Riders with mobility needs can transfer between the Red and Blue lines at Jackson further south.

CTA ticket machines are available at the mezzanines, selling reloadable Ventra card, single-ride, or 1 day ticket. All riders must pass through the turnstile with a valid Ventra card, ticket, contactless bank card, or mobile device with Apple/Samsung/Android Pay.

This underground station features a center platform. This station is part of the subway with a continuous platform and multiple stations that stretches to Jackson Blvd to the south.
